1 lb Muellers Elbow Macaroni
2 tbs flour
1/2 stick butter
2 cups milk
1 small mozzarella shredded
1 medium hunk of Munster cheese shredded
paprika
1 medium hunk of sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
salt to taste
pepper to taste
dash of dry mustard
Cook macaroni “al dente” and drain thoroughly. Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour to make a paste. Add milk, salt/pepper, and dry mustard. Set aside some of the cheddar for later to sprinkle on top of macaroni before baking. Add cheese to paste a little at a time. This will thicken the sauce. Add sauce and macaroni together. The mixture will be very loose. Sprinkle a little of the flavored bread crumbs and mix thoroughly. Place mixture into baking pan and sprinkle the left over cheddar and flavored breadcrumbs on top and the paprika over the cheddar. Bake for about 45 minutes in a 375 degree oven. We like it crispy. If you would like it less crispy bake for 30 or 35 minutes.
