After boiling the rice, heat the oil in a wok and pour the beaten eggs in the wok. Stir it until the eggs are set and transfer it in a bowl and set it aside. In wok add a tablespoon of oil, then add spring onions, minced garlic and fry it for a few minutes. Add rice and egg to it and also pour soy sauce on it. Mix it well and cook it over medium heat, add the seasoning and serve hot.
