In our house eggs are one of the delicious staples and play a major role as a nutritious breakfast. An egg has about 214mg cholesterol in it and that is not a healthy choice for a cholesterol free diet. But, the good news is that this cholesterol is found in the yolks. Hence, you can enjoy your breakfast by eating cholesterol-free eggs and I will help you to make one recipe from egg whites.

Ingredients

Egg whites- 4 eggs
Dry soy milk powder- 2 tbsp
Water-2 tbsp
Diced vegetables of your choice

Now add soy powder to the mixture and keep stirring until it gets dissolved. Take water and add to the mixture, stirring it smoothly. Next freeze or refrigerate until ready to eat. Lastly, add herbs, diced vegetables and soy cheese to make an omelet and enjoy the breakfast.
