Yes and No. It is possible to have Pasta Carbonara without as much fat.
Try this recipe. It is called Spaghetti Alla Carbonara. There is cheese and pancetta in the recipe but no cream. And it is delicious. One of my favorites.

I’m having a party with some friends this Saterday and I’m tryin to find the perfect dish since they are picky eaters. Teenagers can be picky as you most likely know.
