We tried everything. First idea was to use a frying pan and add a lot of PAM or a little butter. Didn’t work. Then we went to the other extreme. Spending $80 to buy a special crepe pan that was suppose to do everything including eat the crepe for you! Not worth the money. So here is the answer. An average priced pan that works wonders. Tip: Do not use any type of metal spatula – only plastic. And do not grease the pan with anything. Sorry, no extra butter.
