Yes, you heard right. Spicy corn on the cob. Very easy and quick to make. Add some spice to that boring corn on the cob you make every year.
A simple recipe that makes a big different in taste. Also a very common way to make corn on the cob in Mexico. You can also find it at any taco stand in Los Angeles.
All you need is corn on the cob, cooking spray, and cayenne pepper. You can also use butter or olive oil instead of cooking spray.
Spray the corn with cooking spray. Sprinkle cayenne pepper on the corn. Not too much. Unless you like it very spicy. Sprinkle both sides of the corn. Wrap individual corn with aluminum foil. Completely seal the corn. Broil for 20 minutes and turn every 5 minutes.
After 20 minutes, broil an additional 20 minutes with the aluminum foil open. Turn every five minutes. After you remove the corn from the oven, close the aluminum foil around the corn again to keep warm until ready to eat.
And that is it. Sounds simple and it is simple to make but gives the corn a different and great taste!
