Whole Grain Muffins

1 ½ C. Unprocessed Coarse Bran
1 ¼ C. Whole Grain (or Wheat) Flour
4 Tbls. Wheat Germ
3 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Egg (or egg beaters)
1 ¼ C Skim Milk
½ C. Honey
1/3 C. Vegetable Oil (I use ½ of this and use unsweetened applesauce-single serving container)
¼ C Frozen Blueberries (or other fruit)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Mix dry ingredients.   Mix remaining ingredients, add fruit last.  Bake 25 minutes.

Yield: 12 muffins
